2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
- Free gifts or promotional items cannot be returned.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Return Process

- Provide details and images (if applicable) of the item for verification.
- Upon approval, we will guide you on how to return the product.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this, the order will be processed and shipped.
